…The location was so perfectly situated within walking distance to the landing within minutes of all the attractions. Our favorites were the private balcony with porch swing, blown away at the coffee table having a big screen game console inside it, and the art, it lights up in the living room and the giant to-do checklists in the hallway, I have never seen these features in any rental I have stayed at over the years.

A few years ago, we came to Branson for a visit and fell in love with the area. The Ozark hills, the water, the easy pace of it, we knew we wanted a place of our own here.

One of the spots that captured us was the Roark Creek Waterfall, a tiered little cascade tucked into the woods just minutes away. We loved it so much it inspired everything about this place, from the name, Sunny Side Falls, to the waterfall mural above the bed, a near-twin of the real thing. Guests often tell us it's their favorite detail, and we always point them to the trail so they can go see the real one for themselves.

We've poured a lot of love and care into making the condo a true hideaway. Our favorite thing is relaxing on the porch swing with a cup of coffee in the morning, it's remarkably private, and with this view, it's tough to beat.

You're also wonderfully close to everything. The condo is a short stroll from Branson Landing and historic downtown, and the resort itself is made for slow morning or evening walks, with fishing right off the dock. There's an indoor and outdoor pool and a full-service gym, so there's plenty to enjoy without ever leaving the grounds.

We've worked hard to make sure every guest has a genuinely special stay, and we're proud of the experience we've built here. We're looking forward to making many more family memories at Sunny Side Falls, and we'd love for you to make some of your own.
